Hyatt Place Fort Wayne – Northwest

Pretty decent hotel, will be much better once all the upgrades are made. The lobby, elevator, and landing floors are all filthy; understandably due to snow, ice and construction workers.

Very nice older hotel. They are renovating but meanwhile they are keeping up appearances. Nice large rooms, ours was suite like. Breakfast was good, just had a lot of people taking part this past Dindat morning. Keep running out( including silver ware and plates) .

Room was nice. Not a lot of channels on tv but still good. Kitchenette area was nice as well. They had a coffee pot and fridge. We stayed in a king bed room with sofa. Water pressure was low in the shower which stunk but it is what it is. Bed was comfy. Staff was nice and tried to be helpful with getting a refund since we checked out a day early due to a family emergency. My only complaint was breakfast was meh. I love breakfast and theirs resembled hospital food. Despite that, I would stay here again. I am excited to see the renovations when they are completed. 5th floor is done. 4th floor was under renovation. We stayed on 3rd. I won’t complain about slightly outdated stuff because they are still under renovations. Excited for this hotel and all it’s potential

Down to Fort Wayne for business and was supplied my room for 2 nights. I was so happy that it had has bathtubs in rooms but wished it also had microwave to go with the refrigerator. Had a suit with 2 beds and a L shaped sofa. Both were comfortable to sleep. Good size desk and bar sink in kitchenette. Smaller closet and bathroom. It was the TV and the choice of channels that was the downfall. Hard to use and very, very, very limited choices and some didn't even work. Breakfast was average for hot breakfast but didn't have a waffle maker or pancake machine. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wouldn't mind if this is the choice next year if they improve the TV and its choices.

We arrived late, after midnight. The staff was super friendly and even made me some food and sold me a cold beer before I turned in. The rooms are very nice. Beds are comfy, showers have good pressure. The bar is decently priced as well. I highly recommend this hotel!

We had a wonderful stay. Marcus was very welcoming & helpful. He went above and beyond for us! If we had a question he had an answer. The upgraded room was very roomy & nice! If anyone is needing a hotel in Fort Wayne go see Marcus at the Hyatt!

We checked in and absolutely loved the place. Turned the heater on and it started making noise so they put us in a new room that had been remodeled. Needless to say the remodel, although absolutely beautiful the layout is very wrong. I can’t explain it but when you stay there, you will absolutely know what I’m talking about. In the open area there’s wasted space and they put the bathroom and shower in a closet. I am not a negative Nancy so I will say no more. They failed on this remodel.

We drove in from Chicago to celebrate our nephew’s 4th birthday, and this was already our third stay at Hyatt Place Fort Wayne. Once again, we had a truly wonderful experience. Ms. Vicky at the front desk went above and beyond by surprising our nephew with a thoughtful bag of goodies and a birthday card. The smile on his face said it all — it was such a beautiful and unforgettable moment for our family. Her kindness truly made this visit extra special. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was consistently excellent. But truly, it was the heart behind the hospitality that made this stay unforgettable. Thank you, Ms. Vicky and Hyatt Place Fort Wayne, for creating such a meaningful memory for our family. Highly recommended for families — we’ll definitely be back.
